1月26日，韓国・地質資源研究院の梁東潤研究リーダー及び，慶熙大学校理科大学の田中幸哉教授が，中村信一学長を表敬訪問しました。地質資源研究院とは大学間交流協定，慶熙大学校理科大学とは部局間交流協定を締結しています。
本学からは中村学長，長野勇理事（研究・国際担当），環日本海域環境研究センターの柏谷健二教授と長谷部徳子准教授が同席し，今後の交流の具体化に向けて会談。両大学の印象や研究内容を語り合い，記念品について説明するなど，終始なごやかな雰囲気の中で進められました。
On Thursday, January 26, Research Leader Yang Dong-yoon of Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources and Professor Yukiya Tanaka of Kyung Hee University, Faculty of Sciences in Korea paid a courtesy visit to President Shin-ichi Nakamura.
The meeting was in a friendly atmosphere as they talked about their impression of each other’s institution, research work, and the souvenir items. From our university, President Nakamura, Vice President for Research and International Affairs Isamu Nagano, Professor Kenji Kashiwaya, and Associate Professor Noriko Hasebe were in attendance, and they discussed the materialization of future cooperation.
