7月10日から15日，本学と国際交流協定を結んでいるポルトガルのミーニョ大学からPaulo Jorge Pereira Martins（パウロ ジョージ ペレイラ マルティス）さんが来学し，本学でOJT研修等を実施しました。
これは，欧州連合（EU）が2014年から2020年の期間で教育・研修・若手およびスポーツの分野の水準向上を目的として実施している教育・研修助成プログラム「Erasmus+（エラスムス・プラス）」の一環で行われたものです。
来学中，パウロさんは，広報室および国際部でOJT研修等を受け，両大学の取り組みや業務について積極的に意見交換しました。また，本学がユネスコエコパークを活用した教育プログラムを展開している白山市白峰地区でも数日過ごし，本学の地域との連携や日本文化についてより理解を深めました。
Erasmus+により，本学からも本年5月に国際部の職員がミーニョ大学での職員研修に参加しただけでなく，学生や研究者間でも活発な交流が行われています。
今後も本学は，ヨーロッパの大学とのさらなる交流を目指し，Erasmus +に積極的に取り組んでいきます。

On July 10-15, Mr. Paulo Jorge Pereira Martins visited Kanazawa University from the University of Minho, our university-level partner in Portugal, and received training on Erasmus + staff mobility.
Erasmus+ is the European Union (EU) programme in the fields of education, training, youth and sport for the period 2014-2020.
Erasmus+ provides opportunities for more than 4 million European to study, train and gain work experience and perform volunteer work abroad, supporting cooperation and the development of partnerships between European institutions and other parts of the world.
Also from Kanazawa University, the staff of the international department participated in staff training at the University of Minho in May. In addition there are active exchanges on Erasmus+ not only staffs but also students and researchers.
Mr. Paulo had on-the-job training at the Public Relations Office and the International Division. In this training, we prepared an excursion to Shiramine District to understand the cooperation with the area and to have deepen his understanding of Japanese culture. He actively exchanged opinions even in a tight schedule.
Kanazawa University is actively working on Erasmus+ with the aim of further interaction with European universities.
