2月19日，大学間国際交流協定機関であるタイのモンクット王工科大学トンブリ校よりスヴィット・セチア学長ほか4名が来学し，山崎光悦学長を表敬訪問しました。同大学は，本学との間で両大学の学生の大規模交流プログラムを実施するなど，最も活発に交流を行っている国際交流協定校の一つです。懇談では，現在の学生交流プログラムや今後のさらなる交流の進展可能性などについて意見が交わされました。
また，表敬訪問の後には，一行は本学資源・エネルギー利用研究室を見学しました。
On February 19, President Suvit Saetia and 4 other delegates from Prince of King Mongkut’s University of Technology-Thonburi, our university-level partner in Thailand, visited Kanazawa University and paid a courtesy visit to President koetsu Yamazaki. KMUTT is one of our most active partners, with which we have a large-scale student exchange program. At the meeting, there were discussions about the on-going student exchange between the two universities and the possibility of further exchanges.
After the meeting, the delegates observed the Resource-Energy Use Laboratory.
