バンドン工科大学学長等一行が本学学長を表敬 Rector of Bandung Institute of Technology made a courtesy call on President of Kanazawa University

2月17日，インドネシア・バンドン工科大学のAkhmaloka学長ほか2名が，本学で開催された計算科学国際シンポジウム2011へ出席のため来学し，中村信一学長を表敬しました。
バンドン工科大学とは1997年に理学部と部局間交流協定を締結し，2008年に大学間交流協定を締結。以来，教員だけでなく，09年からの自然科学研究科数物科学専攻と同大自然科学研究科計算科学専攻との二重学位プログラムの実施により，20数名もの同大学生が本学で学ぶなど，交流が続いています。両大学は今後ますます交流を深めていくことで同意しました。

On February 17th, Rector Akhmaloka and two other members came to attend International Symposium on Computational Science 2011 and met President of Kanazawa University.
In 1997, Faculty of Science of Kanazawa University and Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Bandung Institute of Technology concluded the inter-department agreement. This was upgraded to inter-university agreement in 2008. Since then, mutual exchange not only of teachers but of students has continued between the two universities, including the implementation of the Double-Degree Master’s Program in Computational Science between our Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology and Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Bandung Institute of Technology, which began in 2009. Now Kanazawa University is accepting over 20 students of the program. Both universities agreed to promote deep exchanges.
