9月24日，本学はインドネシア・スマラン国立大学と大学間交流協定を締結しました。調印式には，スマラン国立大学からスディジョノ・サストロアトモジョ学長の代理としてハリー・プラモノスポーツ科学部長ほか1名が，本学からは中村信一学長，山崎光悦理事ほか3名の教職員が出席しました。調印に続き，大学紹介や意見交換などが終始和やかな雰囲気で行われました。
On Monday, September 24, Dr. Harry Pramono, proxy of Rector Sudijono Sastroatmodjo and Dean of Faculty of Sports Science and 1 other delegate from Semarang State University in Indonesia attended the signing ceremony for the Agreement for Cooperation and Exchange with Kanazawa University. From our university, President Shin-ichi Nakamura, Vice President Koetsu Yamazaki, and 3 other faculty and staff were present. After the signing, introduction of university and conversation took place in a friendly atmosphere, which made the ceremony a very substantial event.
