5月25日，本学は中国・上海理工大学と大学間国際交流協定を締結しました。上海理工大学は，2012年3月に本学理工研究域と部局間国際交流協定を締結しており，今回，交流拡大のため大学間国際交流協定へと格上げすることとなったものです。
調印式には，上海理工大学から，フー・ショウゲン学長ほか4名が出席。調印に続き，今後の交流に関する意見交換などが行われました。その後，訪問団は本学理工研究域の研究室視察を行い，今後の交流充実に向けたよい機会となりました。
On May 25, Kanazawa University concluded the university-level Agreement for Cooperation and Exchange with the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST). President Hu Shougen and 4 other delegates from USST attended the signing ceremony. After the signing, there was a discussion about the future student and researcher exchanges.
After the ceremony, the delegates observed several labs at the Institute of Science and Engineering. It was an excellent opportunity to promote further exchanges and collaborations.
USST and the College of Science and Engineering at Kanazawa University concluded a department-level partnership agreement in March 2012. At this time’s ceremony, this partnership was upgraded to the university-level.
