6月17日から26日の日程で，中国の大学間国際交流協定校である北京大学，部局間国際交流協定校の河南中医薬大学ほか2機関の代表および学生10名からなる訪問団が，科学技術振興機構（JST）の交流事業「さくらサイエンスプラン」の一環で来学し，19日に山崎光悦学長を表敬訪問しました。懇談では，先方4機関と本学との主に漢方医学分野での交流促進について積極的に意見が交わされました。
訪問団は，23日に本学薬学系が主催する「第19回加賀・能登の薬草シンポジウム」にも参加し，研究交流を行いました。
From June 17th to 26th, 10 delegates consisting of faculty, specialists and students from our university-level partner Peking University, department-level partner Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, and 2 other institutions in China visited Kanazawa University through JST Sakura Science Plan. On the 19th, the delegates paid a courtesy visit to President Koetsu Yamazaki. At the meeting, there were lively discussions about the promotion of collaboration, especially in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, and other exchanges between the 4 institutions and Kanazawa University.
On the 23rd, the delegates participated in “The 19th Symposium on Kaga-Noto Medical Plants” hosted by KU Faculty of Pharmacy.
