4月23日，タイ・チェンマイ大学からニウェス・ナンタチット学長，ポンサック・アンカースィ前学長ほか7名が来学し，中村学長を訪問しました。会談では，チェンマイ大学が来年創立50周年を迎えるこの機会に，両学共同でシンポジウムを開催する可能性などについて意見交換が行われ，今後の交流に向け充実した機会となりました。
引き続き，一行は本学附属病院を訪れ，富田附属病院長と懇談した後，院内視察を行いました。
On Tuesday, April 23, President Niwes Nantachit, Ex-President Pongsak Angkasith and seven other delegates from Chiang Mai University in Thailand paid a courtesy visit to President Nakamura. At the meeting, there was a discussion about the upcoming 50-year anniversary of Chiang Mai University and the possibility of jointly hosting a symposium on this occasion. The meeting was a meaningful opportunity for the realization of future exchanges.
Also, after the meeting, the delegates visited Kanazawa University Hospital, where they paid a courtesy visit to Director Tomita of the University Hospital and went on the tour of the facility.
