2月20日，バンドン工科大学（インドネシア）と本学が主催する数物科学国際シンポジウムに参加する研究者6名が，山崎理事を表敬訪問しました。理工研究域数物科学系の長尾秀実学長補佐ほか4名の教職員が同席し，研究者が所属するバンドン工科大学，チュラロンコン大学（タイ）ならびにマラヤ大学（マレーシア）と本学との今後の学術交流等に関する意見交換を行いました。
なお，シンポジウムは18日から21日まで開催されました。
On Wednesday, February 20, six participants of the International Symposium on Computational Science 2013 hosted by Bandung Institute of Technology (Indonesia) and Kanazawa University paid a courtesy visit to Vice President Yamazaki. Five other faculty and staff members of our university were present at the meeting, and there was a discussion on future exchanges between the participants’ universities, Bandung Institute of Technology, Chulalongkorn University (Thailand) and University of Malaya (Malaysia) and Kanazawa University. The meeting was held in a friendly atmosphere, and there was active exchange of opinions. The meeting was a meaningful opportunity for the realization of future exchanges.
