On October 27, “Welcome Program” organized by Kanazawa University Health Care Center took place as a part of student support program, and 15 students including the new international students enrolled this autumn attended the gathering. The aim of the project is to provide a refreshment opportunity for students who strive to get used to a new environment by enjoying sweets and nice music. This was the second round of the project in 2017.

Under the guidance of Kanazawa University Health Care Center Student Crew, participants made Okara (soy pulp) cookies in cooking practice room and moved to a concert hall to enjoy a classical concert. Students had a good time with each other and enjoyed freshly baked cookies, tea, and the beautiful sound of flute and piano.
