On June 4, 21 international and Japanese students of Kanazawa University (KU) took part in the dancing parade called “Hyakumangoku-Odorinagashi” at the 71th Kanazawa Hyakumangoku Festival as a team “Kindai Acanthus 49ers”.

This year, the Kanazawa Hyakumangoku Festival was held after 3 years, and Kanazawa University team joined “Hyakumangoku-Odorinagashi” for the first time in 3 years as well.

The international and Japanese students wearing the same Happi coat performed with a great teamwork, and showed a cheerful dance with a pleasant sweat and very best smile.
