On December 5, 12 international students of Kanazawa University participated in the discussion with the first-year students of Kanazawa Izumigaoka Senior High School.

This discussion was held as part of the Izumigaoka Senior High School’s Super Global High School Project, and it aimed to promote the students’ cross-cultural understanding and improve their English language skills.

The participants were divided into some groups and discussed the international students’ home countries, Japanese culture and so on. International students offered a lot of topics to encourage high school students to speak English. They actively got involved in the discussion.
